Random Sara comments
1. I've had too much WHMIS training - I've become a gas cylinder safety nitpick. They transport them around in the backs of pick-ups, have them lying around all over the place. Have they not seen the damage due to gas cylinder explosions!?
2. It's like really hot here (in Malaysia - oh ya, we're in Kota Kinabalu now, stress the -lu part at the end) and in Taiwan, but people are wearing jeans and long sleeves and we've seen people wearing boots and a winter hat. Dave and I are sweating litres in shorts and a t-shirt. The thing is, they don't really look sweaty in all that clothing either.
3. BUT, they like to show their air-con prowess, by cranking it down to about 15C. On the plane/bus we wear layers, and are huddled in our jackets with our hoods pulled over our heads.

Wow, I don't know how you do the 13h bus rides in a cramped bus, doesn't sound like much fun - but the cave sounds amazing!!
Gas cylinders everywhere does sound pretty dangerous - you should organize a WHIMIS training session for them, show them a light. :)
to give you an update on this side of the world, yesterday and today was over 40C with the humidity - it's like all of a sudden - BAM we are in crazy summer heat - and to top it off the TTC went on a Wild Cat Strike with no warning on the monday morning - madness.

I've been going through 24 withdrawal...what happened, did Logan have the plane shot down, did Jack make it out okay...ahh, I can't stand the suspense. No wait, don't tell me, I need to see it first hand when I get home. I can make it that long...I think.
